Welcome to Anchor Point Psychotherapy
I started Anchor Point Psychotherapy to provide a calm, supportive space where people can pause, reflect, and begin to make sense of the challenges they are facing. My aim is to help you feel more grounded, develop a deeper understanding of your experiences, and find a way forward that feels right for you.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, low mood, trauma, self-esteem, or adjusting to significant life changes, support is available in a thoughtful, compassionate, and respectful way. Together, we can explore the difficulties you are experiencing and work towards meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels manageable.
Sessions are available both in person and online, giving you the flexibility to access therapy in a way that suits your circumstances. Face-to-face sessions are held in Knowle, conveniently located for clients travelling from Birmingham, the M42, and the surrounding areas.
